Performance optimization
Rendering other players’ vehicles and their physics interactions can strain lower-end hardware. The game includes options to reduce this load without affecting your own racing experience.
Disable other players’ physics calculations if your frame rate drops during multiplayer sessions. This option simplifies how other vehicles appear on your screen — they still move and race normally, but the detailed physics simulation for their cars is reduced. Your own vehicle remains fully simulated, so your driving experience is unaffected.
Particle effects from other players’ vehicles — tire smoke, sparks, debris — also consume GPU resources. Disabling these particles for other players reduces visual clutter and improves performance. You will still see your own particles.
